  • What shipping methods do you offer?

    I'm shipping through the French Post Office and Colissimo with tracking of your package.

  • Do you offer express or expedited shipping options?

    The expresse shipping option is the standard of my online shop.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    Yes, I do. The order will be send with The French Post Office and Colissimo depending on the package and your country of living.

  • Is there a tracking number for my order?

    Every order has a tracking number !

  • How do I track my order's shipping progress?

    You can track your order by entering your tracking number into the Post Office / Colissimo website. Here the link of the tracking : https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois

  • What happens if my package gets lost or damaged during shipping?

    I'll be happy to remplace your package if its get lost or damage. Don't hesitate to refuse a damaged package and to take photos as evidence. I'll personally deal with the Post Office.

How long will it take for my order to be package?

Orders are dispatched within 5 to 7 working days. I'm a single person business.

  • Do you provide free shipping on orders over a certain amount?

    There is a free delivery for orders over 50 euros.

  • How long will it take to my order to arrive ?

    Generally, 3 to 5 working days are necessary for the delivery. Please note that due to postal services, these times may vary and are beyond my control.
